 Our Reservation Policies:
- Single night stays include a $15 surcharge mid-week, a $25 surcharge on weekends.
- Check-in time is 4-8 p.m. - Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Reservations must be secured with a credit card or deposit. All cancellations are billed a 10% administrative fee. If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the stay is to begin, one night's lodging per night booked, including tax, will charged unless I am able to re-book the room.
- Due to the historic nature of the house, smoking is not permitted inside. Guests may smoke outside on the veranda.
- I regret I cannot accept pets but can recommend a "Pet Hotel" to guests.
- Some parents may find Faunbrook unsuitable for small children. Please discuss details with me.
- Faunbrook will make every attempt to be flexible in accommodating all guests' needs
